CSA Represents our Members

The Society represents our members through its participation in the following events:

  • CEC/ICMC - We were a strong presence at the 2007 Cryogenic Engineering Conference/International Cryogenic Materials Conference in Colorado in Tennessee.
  • Roger Boom Award - We presented the Roger Boom Award at the 2006 Applied Superconductivity Conference, furthering exposure for the Society and our way of encouraging young researchers in that field.
  • Space Cryo - Our sponsorship of the Space Cryogenics Workshop in Huntsville, Alabama in July 2007 was a resounding success and will continue in 2009 in Pasadena.
  • Short Course Symposia - The CSA's Symposia bring together top-notch experts and are very well received by all attendees.
  • Cryocoolers Conference - CSA will sponsor a Short Course at the 15th International Cryocoolers Conference in Long Beach, California in June 2008.  Our attendance at the conference, as with all such events, highlights our corporate members.  This is a continuing relationship.
